1) November 29, 2011 at 12:00 P.M.: Bids received by JE Dunn for Excavation, Utilities, Asphalt, Elevators, and Public Improvements at 1001 Locust Street, Kansas City MO 64106. Please direct all bids to the attention of Kevin McPartland. These bids may be submitted by facsimile at (816) 802-6434 or by email at Kevin.McPartland@jedunn.com.
2) December 8, 2011 at 12:00 P.M.: Bids received by Owner for Footings & Foundations, Concrete Sitework, and Waterproofing at 1699 Village West Parkway, Kansas City, KS 66111. Please direct all bids to the attention of Rory O'Connor.
A pre-bid meeting will be held November 16, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. at JE Dunn Construction, 1001 Locust – Kansas City, MO 64106. Attendance is strongly recommended.
Plans and specifications for this project are available for your review in our plan room at 1001 Locust, Kansas City, Missouri.
JE Dunn invites MBE/WBE/LBE subcontractors to call if any assistance is required or questions arise concerning work segmentation, requirements of the work (plans, specs, contract requirements), or the form of proposals requested.
